from allowing you to augment your existing team either with additional skills or capacity without
increasing head count. There are some drawbacks to contract staff. It can often be difficult to
find the right contractor with the right skills at the right time. Then they may not stick around to see
the project finished if they get a better offer. This can all add up to increased management
time and greater risks to your projects.

Software development houses offer companies the most complete solution to the successful completion
of software projects. The drawback however, can often be the cost of this service. Moreover, the disconnected
way this service can be implemented can at best leave you feeling unaware of the progress or at worst
present you with a solution that doesn't meet your needs. This can add up to a big risk in both time and money.

Red Monday believes that it is possible to combine the plus points of contractors with the plus

Red Monday's staff are certified Microsoft and Oracle professionals. They are a dedicated bunch
that have a broad range of experience. We recongise the need to stay ahead and to this end, all our technical
staff receive a minimum of 20 days a year to study new technologies and techniques. We believe any one
of our technical staff would be an excellent addition to any team but with our approach you don't have to
choose as you benefit from their combined abilities and experience.
